Dark Lotus is one of many "supergroups" from Psychopathic Records which consists of the Insane Clown Posse, Twiztid, and Blaze Ya Dead Homie. Originally the lineup was only Insane Clown Posseand Twiztid. The four member recorded the track Echoside, which was released as a single and featured on the Insane Clown Posse's "Amazing Jeckel Bros." album. In early 2000 they recorded I Don't Care, but as the lineup changed it was released a year later. When Twiztid's "Freekshow" album came out, Psychopathic recording artist Blaze Ya Dead Homie and professional wrestler Vampiroappeared on the track Maniac Killa which led to much confusion.
